Evolution isn't logical. Sure, it's all great and well to believe we evolved from something. But no matter how far back you go, at some point a creation had to take place. Something can't evolve if there is nothing for it to evolve from.
For instance, let's just trace it back. Say we came from neanderthalls, which came from fish, which came from amoebas, which evolved from bacteria, which came from an atom, which was the result of some chemical reaction that happened when our earth was formed. The earth was formed by matter that came together which was a result of the big bang. The big bang was a result of some gravity or atom or disgruntled nuetron or whatever the theory is now, which basically is the beginning of all of this. Where did that neutron come from? It had nothing to evolve from. There was nothing there to cause it to react.
You see my point? Evolution may be kinder, but it's not real. Evolution doesn't require people to take responsibility for their actions and their fallen state, but clingling to God does. Evolution is easier, but it's just not true. A better question would be why would a person continue to cling to a faulty way of thinking instead of seeking God for understanding into their own fallen state?

I'm not worried about getting a best answer from you, so I'll just say that you don't know what you're talking about! God doesn't hate us, He loves us! His desire is for everyone to be healthy, happy, and to be safe, in an environment of peace, and security, and love. You can't have that as long as evil exists.
If you believe in evolution, then you can't believe in Justice, because there are a lot of evil people who would get away with the evil that they've done. I believe in a God of Justice AND Love. You can't have one without the other.
Evolution ends when you die, and all you do is just crumble into dust. I look forward to meeting Christ face to face, and being with all my family again! You can choose what YOU want to believe, but as for me, I choose GOD, and LIFE!

Creation is not an option.
Creationists come up with a conclusion and find facts to support it.
Scientists find facts and draw a conclusion from them.
God doesn't have to contradict evolution, it's just the fundamentalists who believe in literal bible nonsense. Also the people who don't understand how evolution works.
These misconceptions are the most common :
* Evolution has never been observed.
* Evolution violates the 2nd law of thermodynamics.
* There are no transitional fossils.
* The theory of evolution says that life originated, and evolution proceeds, by random chance.
* Evolution is only a theory; it hasn't been proved.

Its not about which one is kinder, that is not how science is decided.
What you say is true, but if creationism was kinder, I would still accept evolution as that is where the evidence points.

I agree. The original sin does not make sense. Why be punished for the sins of an ancestor?
In order to be cleansed of this, many Christians (but not all) think that you have to accept Jesus as your savior to get into heaven.
According to this, no matter who good of a person you are, it does not matter. You will burn in hell forever if you are not a Christian. Once again, not all Christians believe in this, but for the ones that do, I am confused by their logic.

True. People don't wan't to be told what to do. No one said doing the right thing would be easy or fun, only that it would pay off.

I believe in evolution. And anyone who says evolution is theory that's just stupid. It may be theory, but it pretty much is obvious that we derived from chimps. I would be very interested in how you would go about opposing evolution.
