It was at the conference of Nicea in about 553 AD I believe, when the faschist catholic church removed most of the references to Karma and reincarnation from the Christian Bible. They didn't want us to have control over our own communications with the God source. I'm only saying the truth as I know it.

Jan can't handle the truth.

Please do not believe everything that you read. The ONLY TRUTH is The Word of God.

There is DEFINETLY no such thing as reincarnation. It is a lie from Satan. It is a tool of MISDIRECTION to distract the people from the truth. DO NOT BE DECEIVED. Before the Bible was the Bible it was there. The Bible is PERFECT and the way it is now is the way that it was at the beginning of creation. (Before pens even existed).

When you read 2 Corinthians 4:4 you will realise why these types of lies are being circulated in society.

Over the next few years so many lies are going to be told about Jesus. DO NOT LET YOURSELVES BE DECEIVED. There is a reason why these lies are being told. In the soon coming future you are going to see many ANTI-CHRISTIAN "discoveries" circulated by the media. DO NOT YOURSELVES BE DECEIVED. There is a reason for it. Read the Bible for yourself and no one will be able to lie to you

Call on Jesus and be SAVED. Jesus loves you, and He is the ONLY way to everlasting life with the FATHER.

I'm not sure which Jan you're talking about....I don't claim to be a bible scholar but I am studying the Bible......the council of Nicea wasn't that late...it was in the 300's.....And do you have Athenaceous' notes for what happened? Besides the Nicean Creed that is.

You're close, but the Council of Nicea actually occurred in 325 CE.

Before that, karma, reincarnation, vegetarianism, and mysticism were all included as part of Jesus' teachings. Much was ordered destroyed by Constantine (war be upon him).

So who is Jan???? And have you examined manuscripts from before the council of Nicea and seen for yourself that thtere is Karma etc in those earlier manuscripts? Otherwise I think you should just keep your off the wall ideas to yourself.

You really can't say that they "removed" anything. The bible didn't exist at that point, just a collection of scrolls and letters by dozens of different authors. Some made it in, some didn't. Obviously they had an agenda guiding their decisions. Stuff about giving your money away? In. Stuff that portrays jesus as a human man? Out. Stuff about how women are inferior? In. Stuff about how it's a sin to question your religion? Definitely in. You get the idea.

"Biblical scholars" have their own take on things and can't admit any error. They will also not recognize that a number of books were left out of the canon because they were found to make people question, especially question the male authority.

I think it was because they didn't want everyone believing in reincarnation because they thought that if everyone believed that they would not go fight in their wars any longer.

Don't know about Jan, is she catholic? calling someone names usually will turn em off to ya.
