How can you flush out your system one day before a drug test.?

I just found out about it which sucks I thought employers had to give you at least a week to take the test.

It's not for spot testing it's pre-employment ... and I'm not asking for anyone's opinion on how I live my life ... you don't know me so no judgments allowed, just looking for some suggestions. Thank you.

Hello. Whatever you do, don't spend money on those so called detox kits, they are rediculous. The urine comes out looking green, and often the thermos fail by either being too hot or too cold. I have been performing these tests on patients for years. If you are worried about THC, fast for a few days prior so your body will use your fat storage for energy, or do the Atkin's diet, it too will help your body burn fat which is where THC is stored. Just drink lots and lots of water in order to dilute the specimen, this will buy you time of 3-4 days to get clean. I don't recommend subbing because it is never hot enough, or it's too hot. I hope you get your job and that they have substance abuse counseling for you. Good luck!

Yes, you can flush out your system, but what does that have to do with the drug test.

A clean colon is great but, the drugs and their by products will still be in your blood and your kidneys will only clean your blood of the stuff slowly.

Seen a movie where he was able to fool the test by drinking vinegar, shut down the kidneys. And then he used a turkey baster to inject clean urine into his kidneys through the obvious hole.

If you want to try that route, more power to you.

No real way to flush your system that quick. Drinking to much water could put your kidneys at risk. It all depends on the renal clearance of the drug taken. Your kidneys will continue to secrete and reabsorb the drug until it has been completely reabsorbed.

Go to your nearest gnc store and purchase the 7 hour tea. That may not be the exact name but just tell them what you are looking for and they will get it for you. It will probably be around $20.00 or $25.00 but it works, I had to buy it for my husband some years ago. Oh, by the way If you buy it, make sure that you are somewhere that you can use the bathroom, it really makes you go. My husband almost had a accident using that stuff.

Of course they don't have to give you a week's notice. That would negate the whole process of spot drug testing. They want to be able to surprise you and therefore see if you are doing any drugs while employed there.

My advice?...Don't do drugs. The only way to get a clean drug screen is to NOT HAVE IT IN YOUR SYSTEM. Sorry to be rude, but...DUH. Find better things to do with your time and body.

You can try drinking lots of water and vitamins but most drugs and other substances remain in your tissue for awhile before completely being filtered by liver and flushed out via urine.

No. in spite of in case you drank 10 gallons of cranberry juice and 20 gallons of water it doesn't flush the medicine out of your equipment. you should have considered the drug try formerly doing the medicine.

If you are stupid enough to do drugs in the first place, then I find it quite hillarious that you will be fired (or not employed). In fact, anyone stupid enough to do such a thing to their bodies should not be allowed to work in a civilized society. However, if you continue to have such a blatent disregard for your life, there is no way to remove the drugs from your system... the only possible way to do so is via the elapse of time. I do hope you make the decision to correct your life, if not, I do hope you will enjoy the short ammount of time you will live it.
