Turkey, Saudi Arabia... I don't know extensively but they seem to have a history of craziness. Is Pakistan alright? Their former female president is touring some college campuses. Sorry for being an ignorant American.

Not Saudi Arabia, it's batshit insane. Pakistan is ruled by a military dictatorship and is extremely unstable. It also has nuclear weapons.
Turkey and Bangladesh are the best. They have democracy and religious freedom. United Arab Emirates is second, there's democracy of a sort and women have the vote. Jordan is quite moderate, as is Indonesia. Egypt is generally OK but sometimes it pulls off some stupid stunt like making a TV series based on the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

Jordan seems to be very moderate politically. Malaysia perhaps - they have other influences. Bangladesh is much more moderate than Pakistan, at least thats what my Bangladeshi friend says!

Morocco! Seriously, i have friends there and it's the most laid-back Muslim country you'll find. The people there are very westernized in their thinking, there are no religious laws, and people are actually allowed to have fun (and do)!

I believe it was advised, until only recently, that women not travel alone in Turkey,..it's THAT dangerous...
you could be kidnapped, sold into prostitution or killed.
I'm not kidding.
And that's a Europeanized Muslim country!!!!
Trust me, they are all scum countries in one way or another.
Look into it yourself. You'll see.
Two Russian Tourist women who were in a popular tourist destination in Indonesia were found in their beach chairs shot to death just a few weeks ago.
