I really like this website - hosted by the Scottish NHS. It has great info for travel to every destination on the planet.

Probably. The easiest way to find out is do a google search for vaccinations required for traveling to ******.
There should be numerous sites that have that information available.

Not sure about Maldives- but you need a few for Singapore (chances are you might already have them eg BCG and antimalarial) but check with a GP beforehand.
One of the vaccines for Singapore is an injection in your butt :(

The NHS http://www.fitfortravel.scot.nhs.uk/ provides a reasonable summary for free.
MASTA http://www.masta.org/ provides more detail but you have to pay.
