I have the choice of a Snake Eyes Tour Hybrid or The new Snake Eyes 655 Wedge, i hit the Hybrid Great and The wedge is just awesome but i have one choice, what would you get?

I'd go with the wedge.

You will hit a lot more shots with a wedge then with a hybrid in any particular round. Its also depends on if it is a lob wedge 60 degrees of loft, sand wedge around 55 or 56 degrees,or gap wedge 52-53 degrees.

Without much information, i'm just assuming here:
You probably will hit a hybrid 200 yards, and that is a very tough to hit the green from there. Where as with a wedge depending on the loft, you will probably hit up from just around the green to 85 yards or so. you will have many more shots with it then a hybrid.

And as Dave Pelz preaches about, the scoring range, inside 100 yards which is where most of your strokes come in any particular round

Well, not much info here. On the surface I'd say the hyrbrid, as it is very easy to hit and also very versitile (I used mine for 3 different shots on the same hole once)...

But... how's your short game? Do you need a new wedge (don't know which wedge it is)? I'd say that if this is a replacement, go for the hybrid, but if you're short a wedge, go with the wedge.

That's what great about golf. It's a totally individualized sport. We can't help you, we can only tell what WE prefer. You're going to have to try them both. My problem is that when I get in your position, I buy both of them. That's why I have a golf room with 50 drivers, 25 wedges, 30 putters, 12 different sets of irons, 25 dozen of golf balls, and so on. Isn't golf great?
