How is a devil's food cake different from regular chocolate cake?

Devils food is a more tender cake (lighter). But there is little to distinguish them. It doesn't have a different amount of chocolate just a slightly different texture.

I think because there is more chocolate flavor to it. That whole this should be a sin to eat it's so good saying.

its easier to make, it tastes nicer and it has a richer taste

its browner,taster,sweeter and easier to make.
