is there a program that can change the region of a DVD?

I bought some DVDs from america and live in the eu (pal). i know they work on my pc but i want to watch them on my tv with a dvd player. Is there a program that can copz a disc zet change the region to what i want??
I know i can get cheap region free plazers but i dont want that.

No, but you can change the 'region' of your player.
