Very Confusing Situation.?

my friend and i went out, we broke up recently, were best friends now, and now i have a crush on him again he knows it to, he likes me back but im not ready for a relationship just yet. i like him ALOT and i want to kiss him by surprise, how do i do this ? i am 13.
