Here is a very important exercise that I recommend you become good at it. It was taught to me when I was in bootcamp by the meanest drill instructor in the Corps. It goes like this:
1. Bend Over
2. Grab your ankles
3. Give your soul to Jesus
4. Cause your *** belongs to the Corps!

Take your multivitamins, and eat right.
Get ready for lack of sleep and LOTS of rapid changes.
You'll do fine. Maybe stock up your sleep account, because you'll run into a deficit before it's all over.

Don't exercises to where you will hurt yourself. The marines will do enough of that for you. They certainly don't expect you to be Mr. Atlas when you get there, they will see that you are when you leave.

well, in addition to what your doing, make sure you run like 5 miles a day, and do flutter kicks...a LOT! basically, lay on your back, and keep your legs straight, and kick your legs like a scuba diver. oh, also, hold out your arms with weights as long as you can. and get use to it. good luck.

Relax while you still can. You have everything down pat, just chill. They will weed out all the other deviances in you when you get there, trust me!
