Should i be concered about my bf? Well he tells me he is going to the gym any time of the day it can be five in the moring or 6 at night and i ask him why do you want to go to the gym soo much, he tells me that he wants to get in shape for me! and i say i like u the way u are( kinda a skinny guy) And he says okay well im doing it for myself than. IS there something going on here that i dont see or do u think he is trying to impress someone else bec i ahve been with him for 2 years and all of a sudden he wants to work out now? or is he really trying to get fit for himself

Do you have a reason to suspect him of cheating? If so you gotta ask yourself: Does he smell like he did when he left (no sweat?), Is his body changing(does he look like he has been going to the gym), catch him off guard...tell him that you appreciate his efforts to shape up for you and you are going to return the favor and join the gym also, if he shits his pants then somethings up! The gym around my area is open 24 hours a day so when he says he is going out on one of his trips to the gym surprise him and show up to work out with him in something hot so that if he is there to look at another girl you look way better than her. There should be no reason for him to respond madly to your showing up if he is not up to something. If you catch him up to anything Loose his *** but keep the membership to the gym who knows you might just find you a built hottie to use the saunna with. Good Luck!

I think you should breakup with him because I think that he might not be no longer intrested in you because if he did and he was your boy friend, and if he was really a man.... a true man would take her to the gym with you and not be saying that he has to go to the gym that much because I think that he is cheating behind your back and you do not even know it and maybe... just maybe he might have another girl that he is intressted in and I am very ,very, very sorry to this I realy am ok... I think that he is using as a friend to just hang-out with you and maybe he is not acttracted to you anymore for some reason... Skinny guys have a complex and sometimes feel the need to bulk up by hitting the gym. That being said, sometimes guys start to go to the gym if they have their eye on someone else and I've used the "going to the gym" line to cover going somewhere I didn't want to tell my roommates. Ask if you can go with him. A lot of couples work out together, it will be good to bond with him over something he is (supposedly) interested in and if he's a liar, he'll get caught in it!

hum... he must not be working out much if he's still skinny... haha i can't understand how women can be attracted to men that are smaller than them... those type of guys are hardly men to tell the truth... but if he realized that it's good... there's nothing wrong with having some muscle... but he could be tryiing to get another girl...but if I were you I wouldn't believe that... you didn't cheat on him with a bigger guy did you?! just kidding =)
he's realizing that having some presence isn't such a bad thing, that's all... so he must be a bit over excited with the prospect of not being a skinny guy... but believe me... there are guys who don't know how to work out... i have seen so many of those that it disgusts me... but if I were you... i would go to the same gym he goes... just to make sure it isn't some chick on the gym he's trying to impress... if you like him you have to use precautions... just an advice, the rest is up to you... but if he's really into working out i wish the best of luck to him =D

It is possible that he wants to get fit or probably he has some other reasons for frequenting the gym but it might not be another girl. It could be something else.
If you are in doubt, why not try and find out.

1.he goes to see other woman while telling u he is going to the gym, so check whether he is really going. during a casual conversation ask where the gym is, how much is membership, whats the name of the gym and etc. wait 10min and go to that gym yourself. if u see him there, then its fine. if he sees u and asks what r u doing there,say u wanted to see how he is working out, because it makes u hot or smth.
2. he goes to the gym, because someone told him smth, other woman said she liked guys with muscles, so he tries hard for that woman
3.he is just doing it for himself, because he feels insecure around his friends,who have muscles.

check it out, if you want to find out the truth, go to the gym after he has left and see if he is there or not. If yes, he was being truthful and there is nothing to worry about, if he isn't you might want to start worrying. But remember, no one can have a true relationship without trust, and without trust there can be no relationship.

Sudden changes are not normal. At first, it sounded like he was being nice and complementing you (he was doing it for you), then you screwed that up. Be able to accept a complement like that and be thankful. If he is doing it for himself, usually is isn't really himself. Only gay guys tend to be "into" their own appearance like that.

how about u try going with him.....if his answer is no then u should have somethin to worry about.... or let him go and then show up...look for him and go from there. if u been with him for a while i doubt he's trying to look good for u anymore....
