I am 5' 6'' and female.
What is a good weight range for me?

125 - 145 is probably a pretty general good weight for you.

I'm a girl, 5'8", and I weigh about 145. And if I were to gain or lose 5 - 10 pounds or so, it wouldn't be detrimental to my health.

But remember - It's not about how thin you are, it's about being healthy.

275 and alot of tattoes just think you can give heat in the winter,moving pictures all year around and shade in the summer Now that sounds like a plan

go with the old rule , allow 100lbs for 5 feet and add 5lbs for every inch over five feet.So your weight should be about 130lbs .
