i have a 2 year old staffy ***** which i breed 6 weeks ago what are the signs she is pregnant she already has enlarged nipples is this a sign many thanx ben

dogs in general carry for 60-63 days. by now she should be getting quite a large, firm belly and enlarged nipples is one of the signs, yes.
By this time, taking her to your vet for xrays will tell how many pups and if any of them are water babies (engrossly enlarged and too big for her to pass) to make sure she will be able to deliver and that there are no health issues.

Sometimes enlarged nipples are also just a sign she is in season; check her for bleeding too. If none, I suggest a visit to the vet for a thorough check up and pregnancy test. Good luck!

you should be able to tell by now. she should have a round belly. unless she is not having many pups. but the enlarged nipples are a sign. I use a stethescope so I know if there are pups and how they are doing. you can buy an inexpesive one about 30.00 my oldest dog is so funny. even though she has been fixed when I get it out she rolls over and wants her tummy checked.

You should be able to tell now,has she had a vet check up?I assume she hasn't other wise they would have told you if she is and given an ultra scan.Take her to the vets to check.Enlarged nipples is a good sign she is,but can also be symptoms of phantom pregnancys.Good luck.
