I LOVE smoothies, but I don't know any good recipes. Usually I try to make them on my own, but then they turn out sucking. Any Ideas?

I use Mango and organic yogurt and Pineapple and first offer it to Krishna(also known as Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc.) with love and devotion. If you don't do the last part it just won't be the same.

Frozen fruit and/or banana (may nicely be frozen besides)(purchase it frozen on the food market), alongside with flavored yogurt and ice cubes. make certain your blender can deal with the ice inspite of the actuality that or it should not be tender. or you would possibly want to positioned a majority of those into an ice cream freezer do basically not enable it freeze each of ways (basically get truly chilly). My smoothies should be real chilly (i'm like that). If a smoothie receives too thick (is there truly any such issue?) upload a touch fruit juice or milk, yet i do not imagine, which will ensue.

Ummm.... I don't know why this is in the R&S section.

I can't remember any recipes off the top of my head, but I can give you a good tip. Don't use ice, it will water down your smoothie. Freeze your fruit beforehand, and you will have a flavorful smoothie.
