If this is a serious question then I feel bad for you. Obviously its not healthy to be eating the way you do. There is a food pyramid for a reason. Sure running is great but eventually all that fat will catch up to you and you will fall apart from the inside out.

Yes. You'll end up with malnutrition, grossly over weight, sky high cholesterol, higher risk of heart attack & for fun and if your lucky diabetes along with other diseases brought on by poor nutrition and health. It isn't bad enough that mc d's has 24/7 drive through! Now they will deliver??? NO wonder half of America is waddleing their way into early graves.
Eat a vegetable every once in awhile, get some sleep & go outside! Back away from the video games! Slowly & carefully! & no, the fries don't count as a veggie!

No, you can't. I understand why you would want to as they are cheap and easy to make, but let's face it, it's not healthy. Swap it for healthier foods and if you can't be bothered to keep cooking everytime you need to eat, just cook a huge portion of something like stirfry (still noodles, but healthier!) and then just reheat it in the microwave whenever you are hungry. Or, munch on fruit and vegetables. Most of them, you only need to wash before you eat! Also, playing computer games all the time isn't good, you need to excerise!

Are you happy and essentially stress free? Stress will kill you faster than your diet, but I'd say you've got a good start with the way you eat. Damn!
How about getting a salad and mandarin oranges from mcd's from time to time? And maybe add some veggies like peas, carrots and onions to your noodles?
Nothing wrong with computer games - or running - but you might want to get some more variety in your life. Hang out with friends, take some classes you enjoy, read a book.
Cheers!

that food is not healthy at all. If you want fast and easy why not try a salad from MC donalds. Or make your own salad. Chop up some good lunch meat, take lettus, tomatos, cheese, and a good dressing. its fast easy healthy and yummy.
You can also use a crock pot to make tons of healthy meals its easy and wil be done when you are ready to eat.
Please stop eating food thats nothing but junk. its not healthy and can make you very sick.

No it is not healthy to eat that all the time. In moderation it would be okay but not everyday. And ewwwwww McDonald's is really gross and iam a vegetarian so I don't eat meat so that is even grosser. If your going to get McDonald's get their salad without meat its really good. I think that if your going to eat like that (not saying you should) but its your decision you should exercise everyday and try to eat healthier. Trust me if you eat healthier your body will feel better than when you eat junk food.
Best of luck.

no! you should be more active and eat more healthy foods. eat more pastas and breads and good meats like meatloaf and and porkchops. pretty soon all the fat from the miccy d's is going to store in ur body, instead of ur kidneys filtering out the nutrients ur body will be so used to miccy d's that it will absorb everything and u will become fat. and the fat cells can also kill the white blood cells meaning they wont be able to fight off germs as much and u will get sick
