Try consuming two egg whites and one egg. Have it scrambled, with no butter. You can add different veggies such as peppers to it. Low-fat cheese is also a good option. Eggs are a great source of protein but they are high in fat too. You don't want to eat too many during a week. That is why eating egg whites is better. You still keep the protein, but you lose the fat.

great question I know that eggs are a very good source of protein but the yolk has a lot of fat I find that egg whites are good with less fat star by separating about 4eggs throw away the yolks and start creating scramble then up with ome low fat cheese maybe some veggies like tomatoes diced or some chopped peppers and onions throw in some spices like Oregon hot peppers what ever you like sky is the limit put it all in a bowl give it a good beating and scramble it up in a pan pre-heated with a little oil.. that's what i have before i go to the gym...good luck at the game

I've been told by a number of doctors that eggs are very healthy, but you shouldn't eat too much of them. The eggwhites are apparently healthier. You can boil your eggs and eat them without any salt or pepper. Boiling instead of frying them will keep you from ingesting too much fat. I would suggest 2 eggs a day maximum, 2 or 3 times a week.

Well, for many years it was considered that eggs were unhealthy, but nowadays it has been demonstrated that they´re actually good to improve your muscular mass, but that's just if you eat them in reasonable proportions (all excess are bad).
The healthiest way of cooking them is with Olive oil and just eating the white part.
Good luck!

i'm not too sure about the healthy value in an egg but i do know free range eggs have a thicker shell and taste a hell of a lot nicer. best way to eat an egg for your health is to boil it hard. frying it is just adding junk to your veins. drinking them raw is asking for food poisoning. but in my own opinion a duck egg is the king of all bird eggs. they aren't battery, fried delicious boiled supreme. go on go to work on an egg (duck)

I say you just eat the eggs raw, like Hulk Hogan does. It's the most natural way to eat them, i would think...

Within limits they are OK. They are relatively low in calories, only about 85 if boiled, and only about 10% fat. However things change if you fry them in lard!
