I would say since you have asked 17 questions related to girls' feet in the last week, you have one major foot fetish. Your questions are; "what's it mean when a girl slips her shoe off bowling, girl slips her shoe off in a bar, girl slips her shoe off on a train, girl slips her shoe off at a concert, girl won't let you look at her painted toenails" and on and on. Now you ask;"what does it mean if a girl told you she's not wearing socks?"
IT MEANS SHE'S NOT WEARING SOCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She has tough feet ? or can't afford socks, maybe her feet hurt. I don't know never heard of that one. She may have been lost for words and didn't say the right thing, I know I have tender feet and I wouldn't forget my socks, and I sure would tell any one if I wasn't wearing them. probably that she wasn't wearing any socks under her boots. Was she wearing boots at the time? If so I bet her feet smelled nasty.

She had no clean socks, or she wants you to have foreplay with her feet. Forget it, if she isn't responsible enough to wear protection on her feet. You could catch all kinds of things, athletes foot, verrucas, etc. No socks = no sex
