the man said that the judge will sentence him to six years in prison... and the judge was actually going to do that ~ but instead of going on his conscience and his word, the judge set the guy free ~

maybe....

"this statement is false"

because if it was true (4 yrs) then it would be false (6 yrs) and these contradict each other...

because it it was false (6 yrs) then it would be true (4 yrs) and these contradict each other also.

You could never get to the bottom of that... as it keeps going on and on.

Or, it could be something along those lines...
