I have a BBQ sauce that is to die for and everyone who tries it says i should market it. How do I set up a taste panel to see how many other people like it or dont and to get feed back on the sauce?

here are a few ideas i came up with.

set up a web page and send people mini bottles along with a self adressed stamped envlope and a comment card.

have a big BBQ for everyone that lives around you, Put up flyers and cook diffrent foods (you can have family and friends help buy the food) ask everyone there what they think.

ask a coking supply shop if you can hand out samples as people walk by explain what you are doing.

Talk to the local highschool and ask if you can be the cook at there next advent tell them you want to grill they supply the meat and you will cook for free using your sauce. Ask the school after if the cooking was good or not.

Go to a flea market and set up a gril sell meat and sodas the more you sell the better it tastes. Just make sure to keep the price real low so that more people stop.

make up a little gift basket with a few small bottles of the sauce and maby some other BBQ items (grill mitts, rubs small cheep but good) give them to the people around you. when they come to tell you think you ask them what they though of the sauce.

Anything you can come up with to get it out there will work. even if you dont talk to everyone you can get a feel of what they think but the looks on there faces.

good luck If you ever head down towards springfield missouri toss a bottle my way
:)
