My friend is like that.. Strangely enough he would drink the slim-fast shakes. Not the "optima" ones they have now-a-days, the store brand knock-offs like from Target. He'd drink those like a regular drink and eat whatever he could get his hands on. They have lots of protein and that's why he was able to bulk up so easily. I guess you could do the same with protein powder shakes too. :)

well that is a easy one im the same way but it is like when i eat all the junk i dont gain weight but i doo get full i would advice you to eat doughnuts, candy and alot od pastries
