180 days?
Anyway you should count the days from the date given on your visa. Regardless of when you get here.

I'm pretty sure it's 2 years from when you arrive in the UK.

From the date that it is stamped that would be the date that you arrived in the UK.

2 years is actually 730 days (or 731 if theres a leap year). I'm pretty sure it's from when your visa was stamped in your passport - but I could be wrong!
