Assuming you are referring to the new American Daylight saving time, use the following patch issued by Microsoft, only to be used by xp service pack two:

You mean you want to change your correct time on your pc?
that's easy just double click on your time panel in down right corner.

Howzit boss!!
Double-click on the time on the bottom-right and the 'Date and Time Properties" window will pop-up and you do the magic....
If it keeps losing time, you need to change the motherboard battery.. very cheap :)

ooo, i know this one! go to your clock on the bottom right hand corner (or w/e it is) and then right click it. and it says 'adjust date and time' and then you just click that! lol
