As soon as the hair starts to bother you (I mean the look of it) then you are ready to start to shave it. It is just a matter of taste.

start when your ready and notice unpleasant hair around those areas. Make sure you use a good razor not the disposable ones get sumthin like venus those r my favoite. also use skintimate shave gel. its makes legs really smooth. NEVER EVER put too much pressure on your razor because you will get razor burn and that reeealllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyy hurts. make sure that the shaving cream is SLIGHTLY if its not wet then it is hard to do if its too wet it all just runs off. dont shave too high up on your legs cause your skin is more sensitive there. be very very careful aroung your ankles and heels. ummmm hope i helped

In Western culture the time is when you start having hair growing in those places. Other cultures demand that you don't do it. Of course you will want to learn a good bit more about it, such as the choice of razors, shaving gels, moisturizers, and so on. Try to find other younger women for this since mothers are sometimes good for advice but are unaware of new things since they've been doing it so long that they have their own system that they don't care to change.

It's best to wait until you have some body hair in these areas when you reach puberty,.Please be careful , lots of cuts and "razor" burns happen, even to those who have experience.Using moisturizing soap is the key to soft skin after.Never use anyone else's razor, keep your's clean using some alcohol after each use. Take care. SW RNP

If it looks ugly and you show this parts of your body...it is time to do it. But if you are less than 10 years old your skin could be too sensitive...you you ask your mom or the appropriate person on how to do it....maybe shaving is not the best thing.

Only shave you're legs if they are black hairs think about having them waxed as well as under you're arms shaving causes hair to become blacker and thicker as it grows if hair is fine and light leave it alone

if you have hair under your arms that are really visible then you should start shaving, especially if you are wearing tank tops or shirts where your armpit hair is exposed or can be seen.use a shaving cream though and a good razor

If you're old enough to notice that you have hair that you don't like and you are old enough to use a razor safely than you are old enough to shave.
