That's insane to eat that few calories. You can eat light (fish, chicken, etc.), but what you're doing sounds like an eating disorder. Eat well and get lots of exercise. That's the best way to lose weight.

This isn't spicy ketchup as in hot, but 'spiced' with added seasonings.
Mushroom Burgers with Spiced Ketchup
1-oz. dried porcini, chanterelle or black trumpet mushrooms
5 large fresh white or cremini mushrooms, sliced
1 lb. ground lean beef (5% or less fat)
2 tsp. dried parsley
1-1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Fresh ground pepper
2 TBL. ketchup
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1. Place dried mushrooms and sliced mushrooms in a food processor fitted with chopping blade or a blender; pulse until finely ground. Transfer to a medium bowl and combine with the beef, parsley, tarragon, salt, onion powder and pepper. Shape into 4 burgers.
2. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Add the burgers and cook, turning once, until thermometer inserted in the side of burger registers 160, about 8-10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, mix ketchup, allspice, cloves and garlic powder in small bowl until smooth. Serve the burgers with the spiced ketchup on the side.
Per serving: 1 burger patty with scant 2 tsp. spiced ketchup - 187 calories, 6 g. fat, 3 g. sat fat, 0 g. trans fat, 64 mg chol, 735 mg sod, 10 g carb, 2 g fib, 23 g prot, 25 mg calc.
