does anyone know any recipes that is under 200 callories??or maybe just a little over.im on a diet and desparate to lower my callorie intake but its the main meal in the evening that gets me!! it needs to be filling but not spicy as i hate spice!!

U can have boiled/grilled chicken/fish with a salad.

vegetables with some grilled chicken or fish. Look up online too for more receipes and their calories. If you don't want to cook, get frozen food plates.
