i used to do this all the time too! and everytime a new zit would pop up.. just think of this: everytime you touch your face, your fingers have so many germs that a new zit is bound to pop out of nowhere.

I pick at my face to ecpessily on my chin because I think I will see a little zit but it ends up being nothing so I just get this big cut on my chin. But I've tried every time im going to pick at my face I pluck my eyebrows it really stupid and doesnt work for me u try it!!!!!

put tooth paste on it and let it dry and it would be protected and u would not be able to pick your face as you would like to do sorry if that doesn't work then you need to talk to a dermatologist.
