We are in our 20's and nooo he does not have anyone else. This I know for a fact. I think what that one person had said has to do with in relation to that "look".

He's probably trying to speak to you in a seductive voice. It's probably the vocal equivalent of "that look."

That either means thats the way the phone makes his voice sound or that he doesn't want anyone to hear the conversation.
