I am a 14 year old male. 5 foot 6, and 175 pounds. I need to lose weight, about 20 pounds. So does anyone know what websites have a free weight loss plan, absolutely free?

It's safe to lose about 6 lbs per month but really no more ...

Step 1: Porportions
The Average American eats twice as much as they should. And we tend to really go overboard on carbs. I would say don't cut your carbs completely. Just don't have Mashed potatoes, bread and Pasta in the same meal

Step 2: Metabolism
Boost your metabolism. To do this, wake up an hour earlier than usual and go to the gym for a 30 minute work out. OR power walk for 30 minutes in the morning. The better exercise is stuff that really gets your heart pumping and of course outdoor exercise is great for many reasons too.

Step 3: Dump your Toxins
Stop buying stuff with High Fructose Corn Syrup. Stop buying things that have shelf lives of 150 years. If it doesn't rot, don't put it in your stomach. Preservatives slow down your metabolism and many are being suspected as carcinogens (cancer-forming agents). Shop the perimeter of the store (vegies, fruits, meats, poultry, fish, dairy, juices). When you buy your juices, make sure they're real juice and not artificially flavored. Make sure no high fructose corn syrup is added. And the best place you can buy your groceries is at organic stores (whole foods, trader joe's, etc.)

hi, to lose weight you dont need a weight loss plan. just eat healthier...like for breakfast have 3 pieces of wheat bread or toast. at lunch fruit and salad or grilled chicken, and for dinner whole wheat pasta or chicken or salmon.
