WoW chick thats intense. THe only time I burned 1000 calories in one day was by working out the entire day. Doing DDR workout mode for 1 hour and then doing a work out between ever 20 minutes of DDR. Thats a little too intense!!!
Slow down! If you try and loose weight too quickly you'll get saggy skin! Do you want tha???? I didnt think so!

A 150 pound person has to walk for 3 hours at 4 mph to burn 1000 calories. It would be more reasonable to walk for at most an hour at a time and burn around 350 calories. Also, look to your diet to take in fewer calories. If you can exercise and cut back your diet to have a calorie deficit of just 500 calories daily, you can lose 1 pound per week. Losing 1 - 2 pounds per week is a very sensible weight loss plan.

i used to do the billy blanks workout and found it really good. thats the only home workout video I've ever purchased. to burn 1000 at any exercise you would have to do it for at least an hour and a half but then again it would depend on your pace and resistance level. to burn 1000 walking it you would be spending at least an hr and half at a fast pace and even better on a steep. but i do not advice that u try to burn that much on one work out coz u would get bored and tire out. what you could do is combine say 30mins on the treadmill with 30 minutes on the cross trainer. the cross trainer is really good for burning calories and is quite fun

You are going to have a tough time burning 1,000 calories. Since calorie burning is a factor of your weight, most treadmills have a spot to enter your weight and calculate calories for you. To maximize calorie burn, you should increase the treadmill incline to burn more calories. A difficult level might be 8 - 10.

To burn that many calories you should run (not walk) at least for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Yes...it is hard to burn that many calories. It also depends en the amount of muscle you have.

1,000 calories is a lot when the average daily diet is only 1500 to 3,000 calories. Any activity that uses more muscles or moves you faster will burn calories faster. Try a full body workout like arobics, swimming, dancing, etc.

you shouldnt be counting calories lost. you have to count minutes - 30-55min 5-6 days a week is all you need.
if you do more you are hurting your body.
to walk off that much you would need to walk 4-5hours. depends on your weight and height.
