4- 6 hours bit i wouldn't recommend it on african american hair because if you use the slightest grease or oil the wax could make it slip off i recommend microlink its another techniques its great

It can take anywhere from 4-8 hours. It really depends on your hair thickness and how experienced the cosmetologist is that does them for you.
Just be careful if they want more than one person to work on you. If they have done it several times together then great. But you dont want them to be putting them in and making things uneven or bulky in spots. You dont want one side more thick than the other, or to close to the scalp. Do your research before you choose the place to do them. It can be very traumatic for your hair....(And maybe you too) if you get a half*** doing your extentions.

It does take 4 to 6 hours and that's about how long I cried when I took them out and discovered that it had taken my hair with it. Get a Celebrity Hair Systen instead.
