dodo for bed is common in all of France, not just Cajun.

The "dodo" part sounds Cajun, as in "fais dodo" which means to go to sleep and also to have a party (!).
There is a traditional French song called "Frere Jacques" (Brother John) which is also about sleeping.

I only know one that kind of goes : fait dodo, mamie mamie, fait dodo, mamie sous l'eau (or something). The doh doh that you wrote reminded me of it.
