What one thing do you splurge on even though you know you shouldn't?

Any advise on how to eliminate the craving...?

For me it's cigarettes, coffee and sex.

Sounds silly but if you suck on a lollipop it sometimes helps to cut out cigarette cravings, I think it's something to do with the hand to mouth mechanism. But, for me coffee and sex are irreplacable.... ;)

My guilty pleasure focuses mainly on Fast Food. Every so often I get this urge for something really bad, like a burrito from taco bell or a whopper from burger king. What I do is treat myself once a month and only once a month. I am on a diet to control my diabetes so I can not partake in this greasy heart attack inducing meal very often but once a month is a reward to myself for not giving into temptation the rest of the month. It is bad to eliminate cravings, just limit them.

I have two guilty pleasures:

Starbucks drinks

Puss y

The way I eliminate my guilty pleasures are as follows. For the Starbucks, I drink more drinks. For the puss y, I eat more pussie s. It's easy. =-)
