What is a Mango tomy, haden o paraiso? It's Spanish.?

I was given a diet to follow from a dietician that came from Mexico, but it's all in spanish. I know most of what's on there, but I can't figure out what a mango tomy, haden o paraiso is. I'm supposed to have it for dinner.

They are three varieties of mangoes. Haden are my personal favorite.

It is about the types of mango that you can get.
