When I had lost about 70 pounds I had lost an inch in height, went down a shoe size and my face looks so much younger.
Why is that?

As for the height loss is due to the fact you lost fat around your feet which lift you up some (adding height)and the loss of the little bit of fat on the top of your head. That's the only way you can lose any height when drop the weight.

an inch in height? shoe size maybe, but i dunno about heights... height is determined by the bone structure, not fat. i lost more than 75, i'm still 5'7"
