If you're intolerant to gluten, the only thing that will help is cutting all gluten from your diet. This means any foods containing any traces of wheat, oats, rye, or barley.
There are lots of excellent websites filled with great recipes and tips for eliminating gluten from your diet.
My sister, who has Celiac Sprue, a gluten intolerance disorder, recommends that you check this site out first:
