You can either steam it off or do it the old hard way and just scrape it off. Good luck....it's hard work.

There is a couple of things that I have done but the one that worked best for me is go to the hardware store and get this tool called a wall paper tiger, its a little wheel like a paint roller with small needles on it you run it over the wall paper then take a spray bottle with a vinegar water mix and mist the paper let it soak through the holes in the wall paper and peel away the old paper.
Or you could go buy a small steamer ( they carry at Wal Mart) and steam the paper loose from the wall

You need to wet it thoroughly. Buy one of those garden sprayers, like the ones you would use for weed killing. Fill it with warm water and soak the paper, let it soak in for about 10 mins and do it again, another 10 mins and do it again. Then after about another 10 mins it should just come away nice and easy (If you're lucky, pull up slowly from the bottom, and sometimes it comes away in full sheets; otherwise start scraping). Keep wetting the areas in front, so as you get to them they are nicely soaked. Make sure you put down plastic, and then dust sheets to catch any excess water. After it is all off, and dry, lightly rub down the walls with medium sand paper to remove any burrs of paper remaining, and paper away.
Hope this helps.

You could rent a wall paper steamer & peel it off, or get a spray bottle set on mist with hot water & spray your walls thoroughly, then peel.

Use a spray bottle and soak sections at a time. Let it soak for a few minutes, test it, and if it's not coming off easily yet, spray it again.
It can take time, so be patient.

mix some fabric softener and water in a spray bottle. spray it on the wall and then use one of those things you rub against the wall with holes in it to let it breathe. it should come right off.

I use a squirt bottle with very hot water and a little amonia. Keep it very wet and as it absorbs the water it can be scraped off.
