me and my boyfriend have known each other for a while and im a year and a half older than him he tells me that he luvs me do u think he means it or do u think he means it but since we are young its just really like?

well, i believe that you should never say that you love someone unless you mean it. same goes for him. you have to remember, love takes time to grow.

age really isnt important....but time is. u dont always have to tell someone that u love them back as soon as theyve told u they love u for the first time. Say it...when u feel it. Yes, at 14....this may not be the one...but that doesnt mean u cant love him...and who knows...maybe he is...it happened. but take it slow and easy...you're young....u have a lot of great experiences ahead. dont worry about telling him until u are ready...u cant really gage his meaning 100 percent...but if he treats u right then thats good. Ive told ppl in the past i loved them....and i did...just as ive grown older ive experienced different kinds of love. and im still not ever sure about love...but its fun and ur young....just know that love changes...and love is never a bad thing.

You can't control love just like you have no control over your age. If you love somebody at 14, that's great! It just means that you've found someone you love maybe a little earlier than others your age. There's nothing wrong with that! In fact, when I was 13, I said I love you too to my first boyfriend! And I really did love him. Hey, we're still together today! <3

Sweetie at your age,you dont even know what love is, nor does he. That being said,There are many faucets of love. teenage love is shallow,and not really (real) love. Sure he likes you,but there is a huge difference in like and love.
So just be the friends that you are,and enjoy teenagehood. In the meantime read your Bible and learn what real love is. Look at this way,when you wonder if you love someone,,ask yourself,this question. Would you lay down your life for him?

You're never too young or too old to fall in love, but if you have to ask this question, then chances are, you're not ready to say the words back.
