My recommendation is a product line called MHP. It stands for Maximum Human Performance and they have several meal replacement shakes. They are not in a can but the greatest thing about them is they are low glycemic. They help to provide stability to your blood sugar levels, promote optimum fat burning and help keep hormone levels running at their best. This is, of course, by following what is known as their 45% carbs, 35% protein, and 20% fat nutritional matrix. Their meal replacement powders are geared to this ratio and I have been using their products for over two years with great results!! I endorse this matrix to all of my friends, family, and potential clients. I encourage you to learn more about it. They are geared towards bodybuilders but rest assured that the average person will definitely benefit from this particular way of nutrition. I hope this helps you and I wish you the best! FYI, you can find MHP products at your local GNC or online.

Music makes you eat more. According to a report by the journal Psychology and Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage someone to take time over your meal, so you consume more meal. So, switch off – silence can make you more aware of what you’re putting in your mouth.

If you are looking for something to help while watching your carb. intake the Atkins Advantage Shakes are really good. My husband and I are drinking them each morning for breakfast as apposed to eating as we rarely have time to eat.
Our favorite flavor so far is Strawberry but they have Chocolate Royale, Chocolate Deluxe, Caramel, and Vanilla.

You can find it in the breakfast food aisles in grocery stores.

I have the same problem.....Slimfast Optima, or High Protein, are both pretty tasty. Their Optima brownie bars are tasty, too. Now, this is in perspective to other things, like the Atkins shakes, which have a watery milk taste, or the various bars, which range from chewy concrete to stale, sugarless marshmellow rice krispies.

Purchase smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is a lot easier – those diminutive parts suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to eat less.
