I assume people when they say theyre satanists, they actually knowingly worship a being who is believed to be purely evil.

You really should do more research on the Satanist religion before asking such an ignorant and biased question. Satanists do not worship the Christian devil, heck, we don't even worship anything. We believe and look up to what "Satan" stands for, which is indugence rather than abstinence, revenge rather than turning the other cheek, etc. I live with it by knowing that my beliefs do not hurt anyone, do not discriminate against anyone, and that I don't shove them down anyone's throat, like some religions do.

They live with it just like you live with being a Christian. We're all human beings. I don't understand why some people are so heartless that they can only look at people and label them.
