i heard it from tv , they says there are more of good cholesterol in it and less bad cholesterol , i don't remember the name ,wat is the name ? the experimrnt show that a man eat 4 eggs per day for a week and his cholesterol level becomes lower than before , should i eat them more and more if i am loosing weight , or i would become more fats without knowing the cause < tell me so i would eat get all the eggs in the market , plz., .and yea how do i loose weight ,.,

no. you kill yourself with bad levels of cholesterol. if you want to lose weight, exercise.

If you are wishing to loose weight, cut down on fatty foods, eat more fruits and vegetables, bread and so on
You want a balanced healthy diet.

um i never heard of it lowering your cholesterol, you could always try and see after a week? i mean you know, or go ask a doctor.
