Mine was with our cat. I had removed the grate that covers our air return from the floor. The cats were chasing each other like usual, and the pursuit got quite heated. When the reached the kitchen floor (and the end of the carpeting) they did what they usually do...skidding to a stop. However, one of them had a bit too much momentum, and ended up sliding all the way across the floor and <> down into the air return vent.

He scarmbled nback out and began licking himself coyly...as if to say..."What? WHAT??!?!?!"

Funny story. We used to have a cat that would run into the kitchen every time the outside door was opened, all fours would fly out from underneath him and he'd slide and smack into the opposite wall, get up, shake himself and look at us as if to say "hey, why'd you throw me?", then he'd do it again, and again.

But the best one is our dog. During his first moments in our house he went to our bedroom and nipped lightly on the edge of the dust ruffle on the bed, from one side, all the way around to the other. He'd do that to my denim skirt too while I was wearing it. Never ripped anything up, just a light nip, nip, nip! Someone was weaned a tad too early, ya think?

My darling little one was the heart of my heart. I loved her so.
She would sleep between my husband and me. All 3 of us so cozy in bed. In the morning she would make a funny sound. I would imitate it. She would look straight at me and do it again. I would then imitate her again. Usually by the third sound, she would let out a yawn AS she was making the sound...it was hysterical!!!!!!! The sound it made was a riot! Then we would hug and kiss and I would take her outside. Then we'd run back inside and race each other back to bed. Those were the days,my friend.( Sunshine misses her baby. She and my husband are together in Heaven. Amen.)

My cat use to have this habit of jumping right into the bath tub after we took a shower to lick up the fresh water. One time I had been taking a bath and preceeded to runt he shower to get the soap suds off me. as soon as I got out my cat came run from the living room and jumped right into the tub without even looking and landed in water almost up to his chin. You shoulda seen his face. He wasn't expecting standing water in there and it scared the heck outta him! So funny!!

We have a cat, Ozzy, that will chase his shadow, or tail if he sees it moving and will crash into anything and everything trying to get it. When he catches his tail, he licks it and then gets up and walks off like nothing happened in typical cat fashion. His brother, our other cat Chico, loves to watch the birds at our feeder and snaps his jaws together while snorting, as if he's eating the poor birdies. Ozzy will smack Chico if he hears him doing that, like he's saying 'No birds for you!'

A couple of years ago my mom bought us some donuts when I was having a sleep over. The next morning when we all went upstairs for breakfast and grabbed a donut, we found that a couple of them had bites taken out of them. We weren't sure if they came like that, but later caught our cat eating the donuts!

Our cat was playing in the back yard trying to catch a bird -he must have been keeping his eye on the birdie cause he ran into the fence going full out.

My kitten loves water and used to run to the bathroom whenever he heard the toilet flush. Once he ran up the stairs and actually jumped into the toilet lol! He got quite a shock and jumped straight back out again, thankfully the toilet had finished flushing

Earl my cat caught a mouse one night while everyone was sleep and tore its head off my father found the body and promtly discarded it but told everyonre to be on the look out for the mouse's head. About a week later no one had found it and we all had forgotten about it, but I woke up in the morning to Earl poking me (in my eye) with his paw, he was sitting on my chest with the mouse head in his mouth so when he saw I was awake he placed it on my chest like "Here you said you wanted the heads of any mice I catch" I screamed and got up sending the mouse head flying and Earl after it he found it again and dropped it at my feet after which I threw it away .
