I have large pores right under my eyes near my nose, and pimples on my fore head and some where my large pores are. I also have these blackish-brownish spots on my nose, where if you pop them pus comes out, just like pimples. Are these blackheads? If they are, how can you get rid of them? I've tried acne medicines of all kinds and wash my face every day, but these things won't go away! What are other things i can do to hide them?

,OK, this is the problem most people have. First when you use a cleanser (Never soap) Use warm-hot water, the hotter the better and put cloth on your face, this allows your pores to open, then use you cleanser. Don't use you hands, you want to use a face clothes cause that's the cheap way to exfoliate you skin, circle motion the entire face for about 2 minutes. Rinse you face off with warm water. take your cloth and use COLD water, this allow your pores to close so no dirt can get in them.
Once you get this down pat, 3 times a day your skin will be fabulous.

try to get a facial done once a month, avergae $40.00 they will get your face smooth as well. It's worth it. Also the things on your nose are your pores, you just have big pores, thats all, you can not get rid of them but you can get the crap out of it by swizzing it out. That isn't pus its just dirt.

Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.

In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.

Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.

In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.

If you would like to learn how to treat your acne permanently and regain your health and wellbeing, without drugs, without typical acne treatments, and without any side effects, then this will be the most important letter you will ever read.

The Warm wash cloth idea is great. Then I'd follow it by a great regime with a hydrating wash, toner and day/ night cream and in that mix an acne pad.

You should also start to drink a little more water and stick to a good regime. A daily vitamin?

Use a mask once a week, and exfoliate at least twice a week too (not on the same day).

You should have a great cell turn over and in time love your results.

Whatever you do stay away from mineral oil based products.
Good Luck!! :O)

The black spots on your nose are blackheads and can be remedied by using a 1-2% Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA). Paula's Choice has a good one with the correct pH for your skin.

Put it on with a cottonball every night. But start slow...once every couple days and work up to every night to avoid irritation.

If you use it on areas that tend to break out...you may experience "purging" (more breakouts) for 2-3 weeks as your pores clear out. But in the long run, BHA may also help clear your acne.

Benzoyl Peroxide (no more than 2.5%) is also very effective for acne...but you HAVE to be consistant. (this also can take a week or two for your skin to get used to)

Blessings.

If sex/masturbation was the cause of that, then I believe all of us would be covered in "blackheads, pimple, big nose/facial pore". Maybe your skin is trying to tell you something, like you are eating the wrong foods or your body is lacking essential vitamins and minerals.
