Uhh... Try looking for a no-cd patch on the net... You know, like one of those mega games sites or something.... maybe one of those game copy world sites?

Either you look for the disk, buy the game or call the manufacture of the game and see if they'll send you a replacement.

Learn to find those information off their web site and download that information and make a new disk.
