Butterscotch tart - the way it used to be made at primary school - thick dark coloured HEAVY "gloop" on a baked-blind pastry base, optionally some custard around the edge.

Omg! I love ice cream too!! My fav is dutch chocolate with cold thin mints (girl scout cookies) it is amazing! Pure heaven!!!!
