I found out that I have thyroid disease a year ago. I was at 184 lbs. Since then I have lost about 30lbs. I have recently completely changed my lifestyle since then. I workout (cardio) for an hour everyday. I eat healthy. I drink NOTHING BUT water. Maybe milk sometimes. I DON"T eat junk. I really don't like sweets. I have lost 5lbs and 1 inch in my stomach since I started back exercising and made it my daily routine. I want to loose 20 more lbs. Is there anything besides diet pills that will boost my weight loss.
