Wow, do NOT take temazepam before your test!!! It causes drowsiness!!!
Use Bach's Rescue remedy to calm your nerves. I don't advertise for them or anything, but as a pharmacist have recommended it to patients and had good feed back.
Good luck with the test.

I was tempted to try this myself as I was told about it by a friend. I suffered terribly with nerves and was kind of desperate. I tried Kalms and various other remedies but nothing seemed to work. But I finally passed on my 13th try without taking anything!!!
I don't think it would be a good idea to take temazepam really, not just for you, but others on the road too (not to mention your poor examiner!!) You can always take another test if this one doesn't go according to plan. Don't worry, you'll be fine, love. It will all be worth it in the end.

I'd say stay clear of them.
What may work well, and has helped lots of people i know is homoeopathic Argent. Nit. This will not make you drowsy or affect your judgement. Buy 6th potency, take every 20mins in the couple of hours before your test and every hour for three hours before that. Also a couple of times the night before. Homoeopathy is not like ordinary medicine: do not touch the tabs with the fingers, don't have too close to anything else by mouth and just tip one into the lid and straight onto the tongue and crunch them up - they're slightly sweet. keep them away from mobile phones and heat and odours. if you do all that you will get maximum benefit. stop taking them when you feel ok or after the test. Best of luck!

DO NOT TAKE IT!!! tamazepam is a sedative and makes you drowsy and certainly way too relaxed to take a driving test! Id either takes happy-acids advice or just get a good nights sleep the night before and get a good breakfast inside you? best of luck with your test i'm sure you will do fine.

Just take a couple of pro-plus. Nothing else. Don't worry to much you can always take the test again if the worst happens. Good Luck.

i guess they would help but i would say take Kalms, they are a natural herbal remedy and they helped me when i had my driving test.
Good Luck and hope you pass
"Kalms is a traditional herbal remedy, which helps to relieve worry, irritability and the stress and strains of everyday life . It also relieves symptoms of the menopause including worry, wakefulness, flushing and cold sweats. Kalms also helps to promote natural sleep."
