You don't need to go out with him again if you have no iterest. If he contacts you again tell him you enjoyed meeting him but you just don't have an interest in going out again.

No, just thank him for the lovely flowers and then tell him politely that it just isn't there. That you would love to be a friend. But beware I have seen relationships come out of friendships. Unless he's a total turn off. Just be nice he does deserve a thank you and he is a friends cousin. Nice doesn't mean I'm interested. Keep him where he will treat others with kindness. Not ot say you want to keep your friendship as well. Good Luck.

ok no your not obligated to go again....im sure your cousin is going to understand if that is what you are worried about, and if you are worried about the dude then just let him down gently he is going to be even more upset about it if he finds out that you really didnt like him and are just going out with him again because you feel obligated to go, tell him that you loved the flowers and thank you but you just not feeling a chemistry between the two of you and ask him if you two can still hang out and be friends!

You will actually be doing him (and yourself) a huge favor by being upfront from the start. There are so many women that are not and would rather "string a guy along" while they break his wallet and eventually his heart.
It was nice that he got you the flowers, but please don't feel obligated to continue seeing him. It may be nice however, to say a sincere thank you for the date and for the thoughtfulness of the flowers.

No, your not even obligated to talk to him anymore, but be honest tell him that the date was nice and thanks for the flowers (blah, blah, blah) then tell him that your your not "feeling" him in a certain way...then let go.
NOW if he asks..But, But why why? wasn't I ____enough or ____ enough? Then he's psycho don't call him back and don't be his friend either :-P

No. It's YOUR life. You can make your own decisions. Plus, guys don't like to be dragged along for the ride. He's an adult he should understand.
You can also tell him, that you're not ready for anything serious or ready to date again. Or, being honest is usually the best answer!

Nope, just because a man does something nice, that does not mean you are obligated to do anything.

If you're asking, it seems that you miss confidence in yourself to tell him no, or you're afraid of "family" reaction. You should ask yourself about this relation or the reasons you feel obligated... There is something to clarify about that.
