Your fingers/hands swell when walking/jogging because it is harder for the blood to pump to these extremities.

A quick fix is to open your hands wide and then close them tight in a fist for a few reps. Do this several times during your run/walk and see if it helps.

Don't let your hands just stay by your side, pump them up and down with bent elbows..you know like a robot. And drink water intermittently while you walk.
