Any food that is high in starch and carbs will keep you full. A nice bowl of oatmeal, peanut butter on toast, french toast with sausage, those will all keep you full for the morning.

Yea, that's what I've been trying to figure out. My lunch is at 12:30. Eat an Eggwhite, half a banana with a teaspoon of peanut butter. Fills me up from 7:30 till 12:30
