I'm looking for a list of foods that have no calories. So, please, either provide me with a list or provide me with someplace where I can find a list. Thanks!

there is one website with a big list of calories for all foods..the only things i know that dont have calories are water, salt and mustard but that's not really food.

Short of iceberg lettuce and water there are no foods that have no calories. Even celery has calories. Ok, spices don't have calories. Even artifical sweetners have calories. You can always try and google a site for calorie counts, but I have been on diets all my life and short of water, I haven't found anything with NO calories. Lettuce was the closest, but I think a whole head may have about 5 or 10 calories, so figure one leaf doesn't really have anything.

There is no such thing as a food source that does not have some calories in it. I think what your looking for is negative calorie foods, those foods that require more calories to eat and digest than the food provides to your body, so in essence, you lose weight while eating. Here is a link

well I know that on Weight Watchers there is a list of 0 point foods. In other words they have 0 fat and the calories are so low they don't "count" in Weight watchers. They are lettuce, peppers, bean sprouts, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, kale, radishes and most salad type veggies.

Water.
Their are calories in all foods.But the absolute best for having hardly any are salad foods,vegetables,and fruit.But you should always follow a healthy mixed food balance to receive all nutrients to keep your body in tune.Theirs no easy options.

sugar free diet jello is just great and no calories.. You can even put sugar free cool whip on it and its a great snack with nothing in it... And of course have a glass of water with it..
Also lettuce is good... If you notice rabbits are not very fat and they eat it all day long...

water, lettice, celery....um those foods kinda have negative ccl count though because they also contain fiber which will help clean your digestive track because at any point in your life you hve 20-50 lbs of stuff in your intestines and fiber helps to clean that out. Which is why eating salad is good for you as long as you don't load up on fatty salad dressings.

It's unhealthy to have no calories. you're sopposed to have a certain amount of calories a day but i cant remember the number.

Lettuce is the only one I know of - no nutritional value either!!
